Anonymous patient survey conducted to strengthen transparency in care
The Center's Internal Anti-Corruption Control Department carried out an anonymous survey among patients to assess satisfaction with medical services and to prevent corruption while ensuring transparency.
In order to combat corruption, prevent corruption-related cases, and ensure transparency and impartiality in the delivery of medical services, the Internal Anti-Corruption Control Department conducted an anonymous survey among patients.
The survey explored patients' level of satisfaction with medical services, the communication culture of medical staff, the quality of care, whether they had encountered any corruption-related situations, and their opinions and suggestions regarding existing problems. The survey was organized anonymously, and participants were not required to provide any personal data.
The responses received will be analyzed and used to further improve the quality of medical services and to identify and prevent corruption-related risks. Based on the results, patients' appeals, suggestions, and comments were summarized, and relevant recommendations were given to responsible staff for addressing the shortcomings identified.
