Any prices shown on the site are indicative; the final price is determined after a doctor's examination and, where necessary, the results of diagnostic tests.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction and procedure.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights available under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the right of a personal-data subject to apply to the authorised state body in the field of personal data, the right to seek protection before a competent court, or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
The Center aims to review a written complaint as quickly as possible, as a rule within 10 working days; if the matter is complex, the applicant will be informed that this period may be extended.
