Patient experiences are important to us. Hearing from people who have been through treatment helps us improve the quality of care we provide and gives others considering treatment at the center an honest picture of what to expect.
What we do with feedback
All feedback — positive or about areas for improvement — is reviewed by the responsible team. Patterns identified in patient feedback inform quality improvement decisions. Individual concerns raised are followed up in line with the center's patient relations process.
Testimonials and public stories
If you would like your experience to be shared publicly (for example on the center's website or communications), this requires your written consent. No personal or identifying information is shared without your explicit agreement. Please contact the patient relations department if you are interested in this.
Respecting privacy
We do not publish clinical details, diagnoses, or treatment information in public communications. Any published patient story is reviewed and approved by the patient before it appears.
