INTERNATIONAL PATIENT SERVICES

Treatment begins before you arrive.

Specialists at our cancer centre in Tashkent review your case. We study your documents and test results to establish, in advance, the possible approach to diagnosis and treatment.

You receive a written medical opinion, a plan of the next steps, and the preliminary cost of treatment — before you travel.

Uzbek, Russian, English, Turkish and Arabic · Tashkent, GMT+5

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 1

    The review

Send your medical documents. A specialist in your condition studies your case personally.

  2. 2

    The plan

Receive a written plan for further diagnosis and treatment, together with an indicative cost.

  3. 3

    The arrival

We agree the date of your visit and arrange your reception and transfer. A personal coordinator meets you in Tashkent and accompanies you at every stage of treatment.

HOW IT WORKS

Your patient journey

Fifteen stages, from the reports on your kitchen table to your follow-up at home. Each one says who is doing the work.

  1. From home I–VI

    I. You

    Before you contact us

Collect the reports you already have. A pathology report and imaging reports matter most. Nothing else is needed in order to write to us.

  2. II. You

    Your first message

Send the case review request, or telephone the coordinator if writing is difficult.

  3. III. The centre

    Records check

The coordinator checks what is missing and sends you a secure way to submit your files.

  4. IV. The centre

    Clinical review

Specialists read the records. Complex cases are discussed by several specialists together.

  5. V. The centre

    Proposed next steps

You receive in writing what the centre proposes: further tests, a consultation, or a treatment plan.

  6. VI. The centre

    Estimated costs

An indicative cost range is prepared from the proposed plan. It is an estimate, not a final invoice.

  7. Getting ready VII–IX

    VII. The centre

    Visa-support documents

If you decide to come, the centre prepares the supporting documents you need for your visa application.

  8. VIII. You

    Visa application

You apply to the Uzbek embassy or through the electronic visa system. The decision rests with the embassy, as it does everywhere.

  9. IX. Together

    Travel and accommodation

The centre can arrange your flights and a place to stay, or advise you if you would rather book them yourself. Arranged services are charged separately from treatment.

  10. At the centre X–XIV

    X. The centre

    Arrival in Tashkent

Tell the coordinator your arrival date and flight number in advance, and you will be met at the airport and brought to the centre.

  11. XI. The centre

    Registration and admission

Documents are checked, the patient is registered, and admission or an outpatient appointment is arranged.

  12. XII. The centre

    Language support

Consultations are supported in Uzbek, Russian, Turkish, English and Arabic.

  13. XIII. The centre

    Treatment

Treatment proceeds according to the agreed plan. Plans can change if tests at the centre show something different.

  14. XIV. The centre

    Discharge documents

You receive a discharge summary and, where relevant, prescriptions and instructions.

  15. After treatment XV

    XV. Together

    Follow-up from home

Agreed follow-up tests are usually done in your own country and the results discussed remotely. Some follow-up may need a return visit.

International Patients

WHO THIS PAGE IS FOR

This page is for patients, family members, and referring doctors located outside Uzbekistan who are considering cancer care at Cancer Center Uzbekistan.

HOW TO GET IN TOUCH

Use the contact form or call our reception team. Please tell us your location, a short summary of your situation, and the best way to reach you. Assistance is available in Uzbek, Russian, Turkish, English and Arabic.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After you contact us, our team reviews your enquiry and gets back to you to discuss what information would help and what the possible next steps are. We aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours. An initial response is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a cost estimate — those follow once the team has reviewed your documents.

Please send available medical reports and supporting documents to internationalpatients@cancercenter.uz.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Once you and our team have agreed on next steps, we can help arrange an appointment through the same appointment and contact channels used by every patient — see the button and phone number on this page.
