How do I make an appointment at the center?
Call the reception at 1303 or use the appointment booking link on the Contacts page. Have your identity document and referral letter ready, as these are usually needed when booking.
What documents should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring a valid identity document, your referral letter, all previous test results and imaging (discs if available), pathology reports, and a complete list of your current medicines including vitamins and supplements.
Do I need a referral to be seen here?
For most specialist consultations a referral from a general physician or another medical facility is required. Contact reception before your visit to confirm what is needed for your specific situation.
How long does the first consultation usually take?
A first oncology consultation typically takes longer than a routine visit because the specialist needs to review your history, examine you, and discuss next steps. Allow at least one to two hours, though some appointments may run longer depending on investigations.
