Heads the clinical activities of the Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Department. Main activities are focused on surgical treatment of pancreatic, hepatic, biliary tract, and peritoneal tumors, performing Whipple procedures, extended hepatic resections, and other complex hepatopancreatobiliary operations. Applies an individualized approach to patients based on current scientific evidence and advanced technologies.

- Hepatic surgery — extended hepatic resections for liver tumors, metastatic lesions, and other diseases
- Biliary tract and gallbladder surgery — treatment of tumors, strictures, and diseases of the gallbladder, bile ducts, and hepatic hilum
- Minimally invasive and open surgery — individualized treatment strategy using laparoscopic, percutaneous, and conventional open approaches
- Interventional procedures — percutaneous transhepatic cholangiostomy, biopsy, and other diagnostic procedures
