Center presents three lectures at the 30th «Vohidov Readings – 2026» conference in Khiva

The XXX republican scientific-practical conference «Vohidov Readings – 2026» is being held in the ancient and legendary city of Khiva.

Officials of the Ministry of Health, leading surgeons from our country and a number of foreign states, renowned scientists and experts, as well as specialists in the field are taking part in the forum. Representatives of the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology, the international Gustave Roussy International Uzbekistan medical center, are also actively participating.

Lectures presented by the center

• «Laparoscopic gastrectomy: the path toward enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS)» — S.S. Xudayarov, Doctor of Medical Sciences (DSc).
• «Technique and safety of linear esophagojejunal anastomosis in laparoscopic total gastrectomy» — Professor Asqar Anvarovich Adilxodjayev.
• «Results of combined treatment of colorectal cancer using minimally invasive interventions» — Oqiljon Abduxalilovich Rahimov, Doctor of Medical Sciences (DSc).

The lectures were devoted to the surgical treatment of gastric and colorectal cancer, modern minimally invasive technologies, the safety of operations, and improving patients' recovery after surgery.

Participation in the conference created an important opportunity to present experience in modern surgical practice, become familiar with new scientific approaches, and exchange professional views among specialists.
