Experience exchange with leading Turkish urologists

Scientific and practical events with the participation of leading urologists from Turkey and from the center were held at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology, the Gustave Roussy International Uzbekistan medical center, on 25–26 September.

Professor Murat Binbay (urologist), Professor Fatih Yanaral (urologist) and Oybek Avezkhanovich Khalmurzaev, Deputy Director of the center for scientific affairs, took part in an exchange of experience in modern onco-urology.

The programme included

• master classes on modern urological and onco-urological surgery
• discussion of complex clinical cases and operative tactics
• a scientific and practical seminar for physicians
• an exchange of experience between Turkish and local specialists

The events were open to urologists, onco-urologists, oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, anesthesiologist-resuscitators, clinical residents, master's students, students and other specialists interested in the field. They began at 14:00 in the conference hall of the center.

As part of the event, a modern, complex onco-urological operation was performed successfully.

This cooperation helps introduce modern medical technologies and advanced surgical methods into practice.
