Important reminder for patients and their families
The Center reminds patients that all necessary diagnosis, treatment and procedures are provided in the established order, and explains how to raise concerns about a referral or any request for payment outside that order.
Dear patients and their families,
At our Center, the diagnosis, treatment and medical procedures that cancer patients need are carried out in the established order. We therefore ask you to keep the following in mind:
- Do not rush to other clinics, including private ones, for services that are available at our Center.
- If a medical worker advises you to go to another facility or a private clinic, please contact the Center's administration or the responsible officer.
- If you are asked for money or any other benefit outside the established order, report it to the Center's management.
- If you have questions about any additional treatment, examination or other service recommended to you or your relatives, you may contact the Center's responsible staff.
**Important.** The need to refer a patient to another medical facility is decided on the basis of medical indications and the established order.
Your rights and interests are protected. Your health is our concern.
