Applications open for clinical residency, 2026/2027
Applications close at 23:59 on 20 August 2026, through medtoifa.ssv.uz. Entrance tests run 25–30 August.
Admission
Under order No. 232 of the Minister of Health, dated 20 July 2026, applications are open for clinical residency for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Applying
- Deadline: 23:59 on 20 August 2026
- Applications are accepted only electronically, through the medtoifa.ssv.uz system
- An applicant may choose one institution and one specialty per admission season
Entrance tests
- Dates: 25–30 August 2026
- Tests are held to a schedule approved by the Centre for Assessing the Qualifications of Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers
- Results are announced and admission orders issued by 10 September 2026

- Identity document
- Diploma of higher medical education, with its supplement
- Any other documents required by the applicable regulations
