Our center at SwanX China Oncology Week in Beijing
A delegation from our center took part in SwanX China Oncology Week in Beijing on 20 September 2026, discussing breast cancer quality control and international scientific cooperation.
The Gustave Roussy International – Uzbekistan Cancer Center took part in "SwanX China Oncology Week", held in Beijing on 20 September 2026.
Participation
The Deputy Director for Planning and Public Health, D.M. Egamberdiyev, joined a discussion initiated by an international scientific organization, exchanging views on the importance of quality-control systems in breast cancer control and the prospects for international cooperation in this area.
The Head of the Thoracic Oncology Department, Professor A.A. Yusupbekov, took part in the programme, discussing opportunities for publication in the leading global journal "Cancer Innovation" and the role of international scientific cooperation for countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative.
About the event
Organized under the leadership of Professor Ma Fei of the National Cancer Center of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the event brought together leading oncologists from Europe, Asia, and other regions. Discussions focused on the early detection of breast cancer, management across the full stages of treatment, innovative drugs, and advanced diagnostic technologies.
Such initiatives in international cooperation and science help improve the quality and effectiveness of the fight against cancer in our region.
