Scientific head of the Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Department, Deputy Director for Strategic Planning and Public Health, with 20 years of practice. After training at the National Cancer Center of Korea in 2019, he initiated the founding of this specialised department at the centre. His practice rests on years of complex abdominal and HPB surgery and international standards.
